Our Mission

REMAX Enterprise in Queenstown offers a comprehensive real estate service, covering Residential Property Sales, Residential Property Management and Holiday Homes Management. We focus on what happens after the sale and work with our clients for the long run. We specialise in working with property investors, including many from out of town, and we make sure their investment performs strongly year after year.

Over the years we have learnt that advice in real estate often depends on who you ask. Property managers will tell you to hold, Airbnb managers will say every home performs better short term, and sales agents will always say it is the right time to sell! By having all three services under one roof, we can give clear and honest advice based on what is truly best for each client. We see your property as our shared ENTERPRISE.

Company Structure

Our team includes local sales agents from diverse backgrounds, each bringing different networks and connections, alongside experienced property managers and short-stay managers. Our in-house housekeeping team operates a modern vehicle fleet and uses professional tools and equipment to keep our holiday homes ready for every stay.

REMAX New Zealand supports our sales, marketing and administration, while REMAX International connects us to one of the largest real estate franchise networks in the world. This gives our team access to ongoing training, leading systems and software, and relationships with agents and customers across the globe.

Locally, we work with trusted suppliers and maintenance contractors. We also have an established network of lawyers, accountants, mortgage brokers and other property professionals, bringing specialist expertise within easy reach.
