I engaged Esteban as a property manager when I was renting out an apartment and then later when I sold it. As a rental manager Esteban was superb. He was able to secure a tenant very quickly and his communication with me about the tenancy was clear and timely. In his role as an agent selling the apartment he was very professional. He was able to manage difficult issues that arose with the existing tenant without that impacting on the marketing of the apartment. As a result he was able to achieve an excellent price within a week of it being marketed. If that was not enough, he was able to arrange a short term tenancy through to the settlement date.
I rate Esteban as the best property manager and agent that I have dealt with. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
